CONSTRUCTION/ENGINEERING SERVICE
The scope of services under this category includes; mast rigging, concrete base and reinforcement works palisade and apron fence construction, fabrication work, welding, etc. A good understanding of works procedures enables us to render top-of-the-range services in this aspect of telecoms infrastructure building. We commence the process by presenting professional engineering designs, which shows graphic representations of the projects. The designs certified by clients are then used for consultation with client's specifications. On the other hand, we implement projects based on the engineering designs provided by clients. Our company has built several telecommunications masts/towers with specified height, such as 35 meters, 60 meters, 45 meters, 70 meters, 120meters, etc depending on their uses. They include microwave, backbone, BTS/BSC Sites and so on. Foundation works for towers/masts are vital considerations before rigging commences. The quality or strength of the mast base is often dependant on the height of the tower. For instance, foundation works for a 120 meter would require more re-enforcement that that of a 45meter mast. Our civil engineers have the requisite training and experience to implement these projects according to the standard industry practice and procedures. Other project engineering drawings we present to clients are for equipment shelter construction and site generator plinth (foundation). Our engineering expertise is shown in the construction of BTS/BSC equipment shelters to suite clients needs. Whether clients provide materials or our contract includes the supply of materials, the issue of quality stands us out. The shelter foundations are constructed firmly to withstand all the hard weather conditions synonymous with our environment. It is common knowledge that equipment on sites cost a fortune. Securing operator's investment on site starts with the construction of fences to wade off intruder, burglars and thieves. We provide welding and fabricating services for palisade fence construction. The palisade fence is constructed to protect the tower, equipment shelter and site power generating sets, depending on individual site designs. Perimeter fences or apron fences are constructed to shield the entire site from intruders. The perimeter fence will be constructed according to the area covered by the site. |
